Non-Operative Shoulder Program – Phase 1

Phase 1

To perform twice a day for the first 8 weeks then progress to Phase 2.

In order to find the proper individual resistance for each exercise:
* Select a resistance where the patient can barely perform approximately 20 repetitions. Use this resistance to fulfil 10-15 repetitions in 3 sets.
* The pain monitoring model is used to control for pain and the patient’s level should not exceed 5 on a scale between 0-10. If it does, decrease the resistance.
